At Marlborough Road Academy, we recognise the dedication of our governors who invest a huge amount of goodwill and hard work in order to improve the education and life chances for every child at our school.
Our Governing Body understands its responsibilities and is focused tightly on its core strategic functions. We ensure that all our governors actively contribute relevant skills and experience and we enable them to operate efficiently and effectively through our system of link governance. Each governor is allocated an area of responsibility within the school and monitors progress and compliance through meetings with the Principal and senior staff.
The Chair of Governors can be contacted via Mrs Lawson, Clerk to the Governors: telephone 0161 537 1315 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
